Semana 0: Avaliação Inicial

Semana 1: Início Intensivo
Ultrassom inicial para medidas do lipedema (Eco do Lipedema). Consulta de nutrição e início do plano alimentar. Treino guiado no app após reunião online com preparador físico. Primeiras sessões de drenagem linfática.

Semanas 2-3: Continuidade e Ajustes
Continuidade do plano: treino progressivo, sessões de fisioterapia para reduzir inflamação e ajuste de compressão. Consultas médicas de acompanhamento para monitoramento.

Semanas 4-5: Revisão e Monitoramento
Eco de controle para comparar medidas. Consulta de nutrição de revisão para dúvidas e ajustes. Manutenção do treino e das sessões de fisio conforme prescrição individualizada.

Semanas 6-8: Consolidação e Plano Futuro
Quarta consulta médica de avaliação final do ciclo, fotos comparativas e elaboração de um plano de continuidade personalizado para sustentar os ganhos. Eco de controle para comparar medidas.
